Student Government Association Elections
It’s that time of year — petitions and applications are now available for those seeking to join next year’s 70th Session of the Student Government Association.
For this Spring 2026 Election, there are three [3] Executive Office positions available: President & Executive Vice President; and Comptroller. There are also 43 Assembly Representative seats available across 13 different schools and constituencies! Information sheets for each office can be found below:
The deadline to file a petition is February 27 at 11:59 PM, and the election will take place from March 30- April 3! The election timeline can be viewed here.
As part of the petitioning process, any prospective candidate MUST attend one [1] information session, which will take place on the following dates:

January 20, 7:00 PM: Information Session #1 (HOL 207)

February 4, 6:00 PM: Information Session #2 (HOL 207)

February 19, 7:00 PM: Information Session #3 (HOL 207)

March 4, 6:00 PM: Information Session #4 (HOL 207) *Appointed positions only
