- Hendricks Chapel is assisting students experiencing financial hardship. Mini-grants are available to meet a wide range of needs, including food, clothing, emergency travel, emergency health care and other non-academic expenses.

- Hendricks Chapel also operates a Food Pantry currently located in the Carriage House on South Campus.

Culturally Competent Mental Health Resources
As the National Alliance on Mental Illness notes, “Mental health conditions do not discriminate based on race, color, gender or identity. Anyone can experience the challenges of mental illness regardless of their background. However, culture, race, ethnicity and sexual orientation can make access to mental health treatment much more difficult.” Although anyone can develop a mental health problem, those of marginalized groups sometimes experience more severe forms of mental health conditions due to unmet needs and other barriers.
